Shop management software
The day-to-day
What you need at the counter is what you see first. Scan a barcode and bill, handle open-price goods and service charges, print thermal or A4 — one screen.
- Barcode checkout
- Thermal and A4 receipts
- Customer credit, settled in instalments too
- Returns and refunds, with stock going back on its own
Stock and money
Recording a purchase raises stock; a sale lowers it. Nothing is written twice. Cash, bank, bKash and Nagad each run as their own account, so what you hold is a number rather than a guess.
- Supplier bills, dues, and a reminder before a payment falls due
- Stock by variant, batch with expiry, and serial or IMEI
- Cash, bank, bKash, Nagad — each with its own ledger
- Your own expense heads; recurring ones write themselves
When there is no internet
Gonok writes to your phone or computer first and sends to the server after. Selling does not stop when the line drops, and when it comes back the phone, the computer and the tablet settle themselves.
Which shops it fits
Grocery, supermarket, pharmacy, electronics, computer, clothing, hardware, bakery, cosmetics — anywhere goods are bought, sold and given on credit. Pick the shop type during setup and the parts you need are already in front.
Questions
- How long does it work without internet?
- As long as you need. Everything is written on the device and goes to the server on its own when a connection returns.
- How many devices on one licence?
- Phone, computer and web on one licence. Staff get their own PINs.
