প্রাইভেসি পলিসি
গণক একটি দোকান পরিচালনার সফটওয়্যার। আপনি যে তথ্য গণকে রাখেন, সেটা আপনার ব্যবসার তথ্য — আমাদের নয়। এই পাতায় পরিষ্কার করে লেখা আছে আমরা কী রাখি, কোথায় রাখি, আর কাদের সাথে ভাগ করি।
১. কী কী তথ্য থাকে
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য — নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, দোকানের নাম, লাইসেন্স কোড, আর কোন কোন ডিভাইস থেকে লগইন করা হয়েছে।
- আপনার ব্যবসার তথ্য — পণ্য, স্টক, বিক্রি, ক্রয়, খরচ, বাকি, রিপোর্ট।
- আপনার কাস্টমার ও সাপ্লায়ারের তথ্য — আপনি যা লেখেন: নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, এলাকা, বাকির হিসাব।
- কর্মচারীর তথ্য — নাম, দায়িত্ব, পিন, বেতন ও অগ্রিমের হিসাব।
- ছবি — পণ্য বা ক্রয় রসিদের ছবি, শুধু তখনই যখন আপনি নিজে স্ক্যান বা ছবি তোলার কাজটি করেন।
গণক আপনার ফোনের কনট্যাক্ট লিস্ট, গ্যালারির অন্য ছবি, লোকেশন বা ব্রাউজিং হিস্ট্রি পড়ে না।
২. তথ্য কোথায় থাকে
আগে আপনার ডিভাইসে। গণক অফলাইন-ফার্স্ট। সব লেখা প্রথমে আপনার ফোন বা কম্পিউটারেই জমা হয়, একটি এনক্রিপ্টেড ডেটাবেসে। এনক্রিপশন কি ডিভাইসের নিজস্ব সুরক্ষিত জায়গায় (অ্যান্ড্রয়েড কি-স্টোর) থাকে।
তারপর আমাদের সার্ভারে। ইন্টারনেট এলে তথ্য আমাদের সার্ভারে পাঠানো হয়, যাতে আপনার ফোন, কম্পিউটার আর ট্যাব একই হিসাব দেখায় এবং ডিভাইস হারালেও কিছু না হারায়। পাঠানোর সময় সব যোগাযোগ এনক্রিপ্টেড (HTTPS)।
৩. কেন রাখি
- অ্যাপটি চালানোর জন্য — বিক্রি, বাকি, স্টক, রিপোর্ট।
- আপনার ডিভাইসগুলোর মধ্যে সিঙ্ক করার জন্য।
- আপনি সাহায্য চাইলে সমস্যা খুঁজে বের করার জন্য।
- লাইসেন্স ও ডিভাইস ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য।
আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপনের কাজে ব্যবহার করি না, আর আপনার কাস্টমারদের কাছে নিজেরা কিছু পাঠাই না।
৪. নিরাপত্তা
- ডিভাইসের ডেটাবেস এনক্রিপ্টেড।
- ব্যাকআপ ফাইল আলাদাভাবে এনক্রিপ্টেড।
- সার্ভারের সাথে সব যোগাযোগ HTTPS-এ।
- প্রতিটি দোকানের তথ্য সার্ভারে আলাদা করা — এক দোকান আরেক দোকানের কিছু দেখতে পায় না।
- কোন ডিভাইস লগইন থাকবে, সেটা আপনি সেটিংস থেকে ঠিক করতে পারেন।
তবু কোনো ব্যবস্থাই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয় — আপনার পিন ও লগইন নিজের কাছে রাখুন।
৫. কতদিন থাকে
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত তথ্য থাকে। আপনি মুছে ফেললে সেটা রিসাইকেল বিনে যায়, সেখান থেকেও মুছে দিলে স্থায়ীভাবে চলে যায়। পুরো অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে চাইলে আমাদের জানান।
অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করলে, অথবা টানা ১২ মাস অ্যাকাউন্টটি ব্যবহার না হলে, আমরা সার্ভার থেকে তথ্য মুছে ফেলি। আপনার নিজের ফোন বা কম্পিউটারে যা আছে সেটা আপনার হাতেই থাকে — অ্যাপ মুছলে বা ডিভাইস পরিষ্কার করলে সেটাও চলে যায়।
৬. আপনার অধিকার
- আপনার তথ্য যেকোনো সময় অ্যাপ থেকে দেখতে পারেন।
- এক্সেল/CSV আকারে নিজের সব তথ্য নামিয়ে নিতে পারেন।
- তথ্য সংশোধন বা মুছে ফেলতে পারেন।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করে সব তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে বলতে পারেন।
৭. শিশুদের তথ্য
গণক ব্যবসার জন্য। ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সীদের ব্যবহারের জন্য নয়, এবং আমরা জেনেশুনে তাদের কোনো তথ্য রাখি না।
৮. এই ওয়েবসাইট
এই ওয়েবসাইটে (gonokbd.com) আমরা Google Analytics ব্যবহার করি — কোন পাতা কতবার দেখা হলো, মানুষ কোথা থেকে এলো, এটুকু বোঝার জন্য। এতে কুকি ব্যবহার হয় এবং সীমিত কিছু তথ্য Google-এর কাছে যায়। এটা শুধু ওয়েবসাইটের জন্য — আপনার দোকানের কোনো তথ্য এর মধ্যে পড়ে না। অ্যাপের ভেতরের হিসাব, বিক্রি, কাস্টমার বা স্টকের তথ্য কখনোই Analytics-এ যায় না।
৯. পরিবর্তন
এই নীতিতে পরিবর্তন এলে এই পাতাতেই হালনাগাদ তারিখসহ জানানো হবে।

Privacy Policy
Gonok is shop-management software. The information you keep in Gonok is your business's information — not ours. This page sets out plainly what we hold, where we hold it, and who else ever sees it.
1. What information is involved
- Your account — name, mobile number, shop name, licence code, and which devices have signed in.
- Your business records — products, stock, sales, purchases, expenses, credit, reports.
- Your customers and suppliers — whatever you enter: names, mobile numbers, area, outstanding balances.
- Your staff — names, roles, PINs, salary and advance records.
- Photographs — of a product or a purchase receipt, and only when you choose to scan or photograph one.
Gonok does not read your contacts, your other photos, your location or your browsing history.
2. Where it is kept
On your device first. Gonok is offline-first. Everything is written to your own phone or computer before anything else, into an encrypted database. The encryption key is held in the device's own secure storage (the Android Keystore).
Then on our server. When there is a connection, your records are sent to our server so that your phone, computer and tablet all show the same books, and so nothing is lost if a device is. Everything travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
3. Why we hold it
- To run the app — selling, credit, stock, reports.
- To keep your devices in step with one another.
- To find the problem when you ask us for help.
- To manage your licence and your devices.
We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not contact your customers ourselves.
4. Security
- The database on your device is encrypted.
- Backup files are separately encrypted.
- All traffic to our server is over HTTPS.
- Each shop's data is separated on the server — one shop can never see another's.
- You decide from settings which devices stay signed in.
No system is perfectly secure, so keep your PIN and sign-in details to yourself.
5. How long it is kept
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Anything you delete goes to the recycle bin, and deleting it there removes it for good. If you want the whole account removed, tell us and we will do it.
If you close your account, or it goes unused for 12 months, we delete your information from the server. Whatever sits on your own phone or computer stays in your hands — removing the app or clearing the device removes that copy too.
6. Your rights
- You can see your information in the app at any time.
- You can export all of it as spreadsheets (Excel/CSV).
- You can correct or delete it.
- You can ask us to close your account and erase everything.
7. Children
Gonok is for running a business. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold information about them.
8. This website
On this website (gonokbd.com) we use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and where visitors arrive from. It sets cookies and sends a limited amount of information to Google. This is the website only — none of your shop's data is part of it. What you record in the app — sales, customers, stock, accounts — never reaches Analytics.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version and its date will appear on this page.
