Data and security

Your shop's accounts are your property. Gonok writes them to your phone or computer first and sends them to the server after — so work does not stop when the line drops, and losing a device does not lose the books.

Where it lives

In two places: your device and the server. When a connection returns they settle themselves. Sign in on a new phone and the whole shop comes back.

Who sees what

Each staff member has their own PIN, and an owner's jobs stay behind the owner's. Left alone for a while, the app locks itself.

Bringing data in and out

Coming from other software? Products, customers and suppliers import from CSV. And your own data exports to spreadsheets whenever you want — nothing is held hostage.

Questions

As long as you need. Everything is written on the device and goes up on its own.
Do you look at our data?
