Offers and loyalty

An offer is not just a lower price — it is from when to when, on what, and whether the counter actually applies it. In Gonok, starting an offer changes the price on the bill.

Offers with dates

Set dates and run an offer across the whole shop, on chosen products, even on a specific variant. On the first day the till price drops by itself, and it returns when the offer ends.

Customer points

Points build up on each sale and can be spent against a later bill. How many have built up, and how, is on the customer's profile.

Questions

What if two offers overlap?
Whichever is cheapest for the customer applies.
Will an old receipt reprint at the right price?
Yes. The price at the time of billing is what the receipt carries, whatever changed later.
