Barcodes and labels
Your own barcodes
The same barcode cannot land on two products — Gonok refuses it. Variants can each have their own, and one left blank inherits the parent's.
- Barcodes per product or per variant, duplicates refused
- Name, price, variant and shop name — you choose what shows
- Text size adjustable, so a small label still reads
Sale stickers
While a campaign runs, the label prints the old price struck through with the new one beside it, plus the offer name and dates. The shop can be stickered the night before — and when the offer starts, the till price changes by itself.
Tracing a unit
Keep serials or IMEI numbers on phones, laptops or anything expensive, and one search tells you which unit went to whom, when, and whether it is still under warranty.
Questions
- Which printers work?
- Ordinary label printers and A4 both. You choose how many labels fit a sheet.
- Do I need a scanner?
- No. A scanner is faster, but you can search by name and bill without one.
