Servicing
Every step from opening the job to delivery. What the fault is, who is on it, which parts went in, what it cost — and at delivery it goes straight onto a bill.

- Service charge and parts priced separately
- Work sent outside is accounted for separately
Questions
- Do I have to keep serials to offer warranty?
- No, they are two different things. Serials let you trace a unit; without them the bill still tells you the warranty.
- What happens to stock on a replacement?
- The unit you hand over comes out of stock, and the one that came back is held separately.
